Under no circumstances may a firearm leave the Test Shooting Area if any of the following conditions exist:

** A magazine is inserted in the firearm, regardless of whether it is loaded or empty.
** The firearm contains any ammunition, live or spent, including rounds that are jammed or stuck.
** A magazine (loaded or empty) is in your possession while you are transporting a firearm.
** A chamber flag is not properly inserted in the firearm.
