The mission of the Safety Committee is to promote and sustain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. We are committed to:
- Identifying and addressing workplace hazards through regular inspections, reporting, and employee input.
- Fostering a culture of safety awareness by encouraging open communication, ongoing training, and employee involvement.
- Supporting compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
- Analyzing incidents and near-misses to prevent recurrence and drive continuous improvement.
- Recommending proactive solutions to minimize risk and enhance workplace safety across all departments.
- Serving as a liaison between employees and management to ensure concerns are heard, documented, and resolved effectively.
The committee’s goal is to ensure every worker returns home safely every day and to create a workplace where safety is an integral part of operations and decision-making.
