Safety Committee

Mission Statement:

The mission of the Safety Committee is to promote and sustain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, contractors, and visitors. We are committed to:

  1. Identifying and addressing workplace hazards through regular inspections, reporting, and employee input.
  2. Fostering a culture of safety awareness by encouraging open communication, ongoing training, and employee involvement.
  3. Supporting compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations, including OSHA standards.
  4. Analyzing incidents and near-misses to prevent recurrence and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Recommending proactive solutions to minimize risk and enhance workplace safety across all departments.
  6. Serving as a liaison between employees and management to ensure concerns are heard, documented, and resolved effectively.

The committee’s goal is to ensure every worker returns home safely every day and to create a workplace where safety is an integral part of operations and decision-making.
